Build a tool that provides centralized and easy access to key information for sales representative to pursue better sales opportunities and have more impactful sales conversations in the field.
MY ROLE — Associate Creative Director for a dozen UX Designers and Visual Designers in execution of a complex enterprise web application.
OUTCOME — We created an experience that brought together information from many different systems into one for the purpose of clearly communicating user's performance in sales, client's purchase history and highlighting new sales opportunities. This meant making sure that the most pertinent pieces of content were shown at the right time and place. A big part of this delivery came down to the back-end data being accurate and working well with all the other systems.
CONTEXT — Sales representatives, with skills focused on sales and relationships, were stuck on tedious and manual collecting and reviewing of client data before being able to have the sales conversation. We were asked to remove noise in front of the sales conversation while adding value from national sales vision to every glass raised.
SPECIFICALLY WHAT I DID — Initially setting expectations, creating estimates and presenting creative vision to the client. Then working on delivery by wireframing, reviewing design work, providing creative direction, leading with a strong point of view, and driving client presentations.
