MY ROLE — Associate Creative Director helping to improve an MVP in trouble.
OUTCOME —From the MVP we learned that tablets where not the right form factor. They were seen as a "a chore" to members. We were awarded more work to re-evaluate the decision on device and delivery mechanism as well as further design work in order to get better patient outcomes.
CONTEXT — Program Contour is an initiative by GroupHealth (now Kaiser Permanente) to provide lonely and often chronically ill patients with a sense of purpose and ultimately improve patient outcomes. They are matched with a team consisting of a coach, nurse and physician. GroupHealth needed a partner to see how using digital could scale their program beyond the team’s capacity to visit in-person.
WHAT I DID — Reviewed the MVP work that had been shown to GroupHealth, recommended and designed changes, conducted usability testing, training, helped create the promotional video, and presented to clients.
