Program Contour is an initiative to provide these lonely and often chronically ill with a sense of purpose. They are matched with a team consisting of a coach, nurse and physician. The coach meets once a week with the program members and works to motivate them to perform even the most simple tasks such as stretching their arms for a couple of minutes each day.

We put together a quick panel internally, gathered feedback and went to iterate quickly on the design and flow. It was drastically redesigned with a pleased client that decided to continue working with us for the next 1.5-2 years of releases.
